As a long distance runner since the mid 1970's, I was devastated when in 1998, I developed 2 bulging discs and severe sciatic nerve problems. Needless to say, my running came to a complete halt for 6 months. The best in town! I was diagnosed by many doctors as first stages of MS. Dr. Allen ordered x-rays. She went over the X-rays with me and explained what process we will take to strengthen and align my body. She adjusts using a hand-held mechanical device. No popping, jerking, pulling. And I feel great!

Adjustments stopped my dizziness, diminished upper, mid, lower back pain, and allowed me to focus.

Acupuncture (never done before and didn't even feel it) aides when sinus pressure exists. After a fall I had fluid buildup on my elbow. Dr. Allen performed an acupuncture treatment and it went away after a couple of days!!

Low Level Laser therapy when I have weakness in my hands..gives strength and allows to hold on to objects. It also allows the blood to flow for better circulation.

TENS Unit when my muscles are tight.

Infrared treatment when my muscles hurt or straining. Instant gratification for me.

Custom orthotics and my feet no longer ache all day.

Nutrition response testing so that I know the right nutrition plan and take the right supplements that are fit for me.
